Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TopReels collects, how your video is handled, and the choices you have.
What we process
When you analyze a short, your browser extracts a handful of key frames and the audio. We send only those frames and the transcript to our analysis provider — never your name, email or other personal data.
Your video
We do not store your original video. Frames and audio are used transiently to produce your analysis and are not retained beyond what's needed to generate the result you see in your history.
Third-party AI providers
Analysis runs on third-party models (via OpenRouter) and transcription on Groq. On free model tiers, prompts may be logged or used to improve those models, which is exactly why we never send personal data — only frames and transcript.
Account data
Authentication is handled by Clerk; billing by Stripe. We store your account, credit balance and analysis results in our database, protected by row-level security so you only ever see your own data.
Your choices
You can delete your analyses from your history and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
