TopReels is a one-time purchase. Here's how refunds work.
Failed analyses
If an analysis fails for any reason, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance — you're never charged for a result you didn't receive.
Lifetime purchase
If you're unsatisfied with your lifetime purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided you haven't consumed a substantial part of your credits.
How to request
Email support with your account email and the date of purchase. We process eligible refunds through Stripe to your original payment method.
